Our recent stay at the town centre property on Durham Road was superb. The house was beautifully presented and recently refurbished, providing plenty of space for our family. The kitchen was well-appointed and the bathroom was spacious and modern. We particularly loved the tasteful Christmas decorations, which added a festive touch to our visit. Despite being on a main road, we were pleasantly surprised by the quiet nights we had. The instructions provided for getting to the property and accessing it were clear and accurate, making our arrival hassle-free.

The only downside we found was the early check-out time of 10 am. It felt a bit too early, especially considering the lovely kitchen where we could have enjoyed a relaxed breakfast.

It is in a great location with easy access to local shops and a short drive from Durham. the property was well-equipped, quiet, and had parking outside. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, making my stay even more enjoyable. Cons: There was nothing I didn't like. 😊.

Although the property was lovely and well-equipped, we would have appreciated some bathroom storage and hooks behind the doors. the lack of garden furniture was a minor downside, but it didn't bother us as we didn't plan on spending much time in the garden.

Durham Road - Zillo Villa provided the perfect base for our visit to Durham, Beamish museum, and even Newcastle. The beautifully presented, tastefully decorated home was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The private outdoor space was a great place to relax with a morning coffee. Despite being on a main road, the windows in the front bedroom kept the noise out. Communication with the host was easy and friendly. it was a fantastic stay and we will definitely be returning!

Great location, close to supermarkets, shops, and restaurants. The house was well presented and recently refurbished. The bedrooms were spacious and there were plenty of beds for our whole family. We also appreciated the good parking options available. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, with quick and friendly responses.

The beds were a bit uncomfortable, but I understand that everyone has different preferences. It would be great if the house had a more powerful shower, as the current one was lacking in pressure.
